Below are the steps
STEP 1 : Download stockrom
for nokia 3 firmware start with - NE1 and download latest one (NE1-215H-0-00WW-B02.nb0)
worked for me....
STEP 2 : Download flashtool from here
NOKIA_3_FLASHTOOL_ROYALMECH
STEP 3 : First install driver from OST_TOOL and install OST_TOOL
now open OnlineUpdateTool with 7zip password is 123
STEP 4 : Replace . exe file OnlineUpdateTool with an exe file OnlineUpdateTool exracted from the patch and
delete OnlineUpdateTool.exe.config in a folder C:\Program Files (x86)\OST LA
STEP 5 : Now open onlineupdatetool from C:\Program Files (x86)\OST LA and browse the .nbo file
STEP 6 : Enter your Nokia 3 into Download mode connected with USB cable to your PC
STEP 7 : After your device enter into Download mode, the button Edit Phone Information will be available.
Push that button and wait for a error (something like failed to reboot to FTM mode) being
appeared. Don't be so tragical about it. Press OK and see the button Next should be activated.
STEP 8 : After button Next become active, press on it and after that device will reboot

NOTE : 1 = Try at your own risk
2 = This method is similar like infocus M425 OR M430
